Napoli 1-1 Barcelona: Goals, highlights and report – Champions League 2023/24

Napoli drew 1-1 at home to Barcelona in the first leg of their Round of 16 Champions League tie on the competitive debut of new coach Francesco Calzona.

It was a match which the Catalans dominated, but the Southern Italians did look dangerous in the last 15 minutes. Robert Lewandowski scored for the Blaugrana in the second half after running into a pass from Pedri, but Victor Osimhen equalised for the Partenopei after a slip-up in the Barca defence.

The two teams will play each other again in the second leg on March 12. Napoli will travel to Cagliari for their next Serie A match while Barcelona host Getafe in their next La Liga encounter.
