Serie A Matchday 14 and the latest Italian football results saw the top three pull further clear of the rest as Inter, Juventus and AC Milan all won at the top. AS Roma moved into fourth place as well, going level on points with champions Napoli.

Juventus kicked off the weekend's action with a late 2-1 win at Monza on Friday night, sending them temporarily top of the Serie A table.

Saturday's games saw Genoa and Empoli share two goals, Lazio beat Cagliari 1-0 and Milan beat Frosinone 3-1 at the Stadio San Siro.

On Sunday, Lecce and Bologna drew 1-1, Fiorentina won 3-0 against Salernitana, Udinese and Hellas Verona shared six goals between them, Roma came back to beat 10-man Sassuolo 2-1 and Inter retook top spot by beating Napoli 3-0 in Naples.
