The 2023/24 Champions League group draw has been held, bringing the wait of Napoli, AC Milan, Inter and Lazio fans to an end as Serie A's four representatives now know who they will have to overcome if they are to advance to the knockout rounds of European club football's most prestigious competition.

As it tends to, the 2023/24 Champions League group draw took place in Monaco. It was held on August 31, 2023 and began at 18:00 CEST.

As Serie A champions, Napoli were the highest-seeded Italian side, finding themselves in Pot 1. Inter were in Pot 2 despite finishing third in Serie A last season, due to their run to the Champions League final last term and the Europa League final not too long before.

Both AC Milan and Lazio were drawn from Pot 3.

Serie A holders Napoli are in Group C of the 2023/24 Champions League. Alongside the Italian champions are Real Madrid, Sporting Clube de Braga, and Union Berlin.

On their return to Europe's elite club competition, Lazio are in Group E of the 2023/24 Champions League. Alongside the Aquile are Feyenoord, Atletico Madrid, and Celtic.

The 2023/24 Champions League final will return to a familiar venue for not only the Champions League, but for UEFA competitions as a whole. Having hosted the Champions League final in both 2011 and in 2013 - won by Barcelona and Bayern Munich, respectively - London's Wembley Stadium is once again the chosen venue.
