The regular season of the 2023/24 Women's Serie A season has come to an end with AS Roma sitting at the top of the standings and Pomigliano finding themselves at the very bottom.

Matchday 18's action saw the league leaders win 1-0 away at Fiorentina, whilst closest challengers Juventus dominantly won 4-1 at home against strugglers Napoli. Inter were already assured of their place in the top half but they managed to lose the derby against AC Milan, whilst Sassuolo beat Sampdoria to move into fourth place.
