Serie A table after Matchday 32

An astonishing seven draws on Matchday 32 of the 2023/24 Serie A campaign ensured that there was little movement through the standings, as Lecce were the only side to move up the table with a 1-0 win over Empoli.

Victory for the Giallorossi allowed them to leapfrog Cagliari into 12th place, even though the Sardinian's secured an impressive 2-2 draw against champions elect Inter on Sunday night.

An eighth game was also heading for a draw when Udinese versus AS Roma was halted and eventually abandoned because defender Evan Ndicka was stretched off the pitch suffering chest pains with 18 minutes remaining.

When the closing stages of the match were eventually played 10 days later, the Romans clinched a valuable three points with a last gasp winner from Bryan Cristante.
