Matchday 3 of the 2024/25 Men's Serie A started with a bang, as Inter demolished Atalanta 4-0 at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on Friday night, as Torino were also continuing an excellent start to the campaign by collecting another three points with a 1-0 win at Venezia.

The following day, two goals in the first five minutes was enough to see Bologna draw 1-1 with Empoli, as Lecce picked up a first win of the campaign with a narrow 1-0 win over Cagliari. There was late drama in Naples, though, as debutant Romelu Lukaku scored an injury-time equaliser against Parma, before an even later Frank Anguissa winner secured a 2-1 win. Meanwhile, Lazio and AC Milan played out a 2-2 draw.

All eyes were on the Allianz Stadium on Sunday night, but there was little in the way of attacking action as Juventus played out a goalless draw with AS Roma. At the same time, Udinese continued their positive start to the season with a 1-0 win over newly promoted Como 1907.

Earlier in the day, Fiorentina came from two goals down to rescue a 2-2 draw at the death against Monza. Hellas Verona, meanwhile, earned an impressive 2-0 win over in-form Genoa at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
