AC Milan secured a last-gasp 1-0 win over Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on Matchday 27 of the 2023/24 Serie A campaign, as the hosts ended the match with eight players on the pitch.

Luca Pellegrini was sent off just after half-time for pulling down Christian Pulisic and after Noah Okafor gave the Rossoneri the lead on 88 minutes, Adam Marusic and Matteo Guendouzi saw red for further acts of indiscipline.

The three points strengthen the Milanese giant’s hold on a Champions League qualification place, while the Biancocelesti continue to languish in mid-table and would have been looking for a morale boost before heading to Bayern Munich in midweek.
