Women's Football Podcast: Carugol fires Juventus past AC Milan, another big win for AS Roma
Matchday 3 of the Serie A Femminile season saw yet another impressive victory for an AS Roma side that looks very capable of defending their crown from last season, but Juventus still got three points of their own.
The Giallorosse were able to ease past Pomigliano with a 5-0 win in Campania, whilst Juventus had a tougher test and needed a late goal from Arianna Caruso to beat AC Milan away from home.
Napoli Femminile and Sampdoria were beaten by Fiorentina and Como Women respectively and that means that they stay at the bottom of the table with zero points, meaning concerns are setting in already. Inter got a hard-fought 2-1 win away at Sassuolo.
We’ve got Euan Burns hosting and Conor Clancy joining him to chat through all of the latest Serie A Femminile action.
