Podcast: Silly Serie A playoff, Cagliari's return, World Cup final defeat for the Azzurrini
There were three games of significance in Italian football in a single night over the weekend, as Sunday saw the hastily-organised Serie A relegation playoff, the Serie B promotion playoff final second leg, and the U20 World Cup final which Italy had reached.
The Serie A playoff saw Spezia and Hellas Verona do battle at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia, which was attended by Conor. The Serie B playoff was between Cagliari and Bari, and the Sardinians claimed a late 1-0 win to seal promotion in the second leg with the first leg having ended 1-1.
Over in Argentina, the Azzurrini found themselves up against Uruguay. In the end, it was a good night if you are a fan of Verona, Cagliari and Uruguay.

To chat through the three matches, Euan Burns is joined by Conor Clancy and Kev Pogorzelski.
