Napoli piled more misery on bottom club Salernitana at the Stadio Arechi, with a 2-0 win over the Granata on Matchday 11 of the 2023/24 Serie A season.

An early goal from Giacomo Raspadori was eventually added to by Eljif Elmas late on and secured all three points for the Partenopei, but goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa ensured a less comprehensive win for the visitors.

The reigning Serie A champions will now turn their attentions to the visit of Union Berlin in the Champions League group stages midweek, while Salernitana will hope that a trip to Sassuolo on Matchday 12 can finally bring their first victory of the campaign.
