Serie A fixtures 2023/24: First six games of Italy's top sides compared
Making a swift start to the Serie A 2023/24 season is going to be absolutely crucial for many teams, especially given it is really hard to tell which team is most likely to win the title. There is a lot of the transfer window still to go, but you could say none of the top seven looks to be in superb shape right now compared to last season.
Napoli are now without Luciano Spalletti, whilst Kim Min-jae is set to depart for Bayern Munich and others could follow. AC Milan have lost Sandro Tonali to Newcastle and have other areas to address, whilst Juventus are very hard to read at this stage with Massimiliano Allegri set to stay. AS Roma have a couple of promising new players, whilst Lazio may still lose Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
Inter appear to be shopping well, but Simone Inzaghi cannot lose anywhere close to 12 Serie A games like he did last season. As for Atalanta, they are always hard to read until the season begins as they shop in more niche markets.
With the Serie A fixtures having now been released for the 2023/24 campaign, take a look at the first six games that each of the top seven sides will play and see who has got the toughest or easiest start. You can find out more about the Serie A 2023/24 season here. As for when the major derbies are being played and the first and last weekend's of the season, you can find that here.
